Spring Bear Watch
Spring - Bear Watch Spring is bear season! After a long winter’s sleep, the bears are out; mothers with new rolly polly cubs. Spring time is a search for food and mates (bears that is). While the high country is still locked in snow, new green grass attracts bears into visible areas. Bring your camera. Programs will focus solely on observing bears and their ecology. Join Jim Halfpenny (author of Yellowstone Bears in the Wild) to explore the Northern Range, Hayden Valley and Lake areas.
